Kathy has made a life out of cultivating her relationships. I have taken great pride in being in the real estate industry coming from a family back ground of general construction, both commercial and residential locally. My specialty is a 55 plus Active adult community called Jubilee.

Located in Lacey WA and surrounded by two championship golf courses called the Links and the Woodlands. I have owned two homes there and had been a resident for over 11 years.

I represented the original developer Jenamar communities selling Pre-sales for almost 4 years. I have sense been instrumental in numerous listings and sales in Jubilee for the past 15 years. I snow bird to Calif. and research as many 55 plus communities in both CA and Ariz.

I work with a professional team of Realtors in my business so we can cover all aspects of listing homes, representing buyers, getting the homes staged, professionally photographed and using professional marketing materials along with all the social media tools and web sites in our industry.
